Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customer-requested engraving or custom items are not returnable.
Items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and items returned more than 14 days after delivery may receive only a partial refund.
Refunds and exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are applied to your original method of payment. We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Return shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items over $75, consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
